I am aware that this request will follow the Rules and Regulation of Playa Almirante I and III and the By-Laws of the Association.
       
Notes:
  • The maximum number of people for the Gazebo is 50 and the maximum time for the activity is 6 hours.
  • Gazebo's Hours are 10:00am to 9:00pm during weekdays and 10:00am to 10:00pm during weekends and holidays.
  • The resident reserving the area will be responsible for cleaning the area AFTER the activity is over.
  • There could be a required deposit depending on the area you request.
  • The use of the Pool will NOT be exclusive; other residents will be allowed to use the Pool Area.
  • Resident will be responsible for the behavior of their guest and any damage that may occur.
  • No Food will be allowed in the Pool or Tennis Courts
  • Absolutely NO GLASS will be allowed on the Pool or Beach Area
