 About The Board   Playa Almirante I   Playa Almirante III     

Playa Almirante is luxury oceanfront hotel-condominium complex divided in two areas; the Residential Condominium area, and the Condo-Hotel and Hotel area. Rincon Beach Resort manages both the Condo-Hotel and the Hotel.

The residential condominium area contains two condominiums with each condominium having their own individual Board of Directors. In addition there is an Adminitrative Board of Director that represent each condominium and the hotel compose by the president and the secretary of each condominium's board of director and the manager of the hotel.

  • Playa Almirante I has a seven members board of director.
  • Playa Almirante III has an eight members board of directors.
  • The Adminitrative Board of Director has a five members board of director.
